Can I use the clip art from my microsoft word program in an ebook I’m going to offer for sale on my blog?

I want to sell my ebook online. Can I use the clip art pictures from my microsoft word program? Do I need to get permission? I own the microsoft program.

   You still need to get permission from Microsoft. They have copyrighted the material even though you bought it.
