Where can I find a curtain that will fit a shorter, skinny window by my front door?

Approx. 36″ tall x 10″ wide. No one seems to know what I’m talking about- I’m able to find curtains for the tall, skinny door panel windows, but am unable to find any for the shorter ones. Does anyone even know what to call it? HELP! Thanks in advance!

   you would probably have to make them yourself .. or find a shop that does custom window treatments.. like this site…..www.smithandnoble.com
