When I logon to my domain from my Windows XP workstation I am getting the following error (click the link to see pic).

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
No, it is on the domain because my password is about to expire and it is prompting me to change it because it is going to go dead in the next 5 days.

Maybe your machine isn’t on a domain

Here’s a list of possible problems I can think of:
    1) IP Address/Subnet Mask, or DHCP is not working properly
    2) The firewall is blocking packets in or out. I had a strange problem the other day when the firewall was re-enabled by some update and I couldn’t get to the DC until I re-enabled the firewall service, rebound the firewall to the interface, and turned it off. As I said, strange…
    3) Far fetch, but it’s possible that your PC lost it’s secure connection to the domain. You could take it out and try adding it back to the domain.
    4) Possible layer 1, 2 or 3 problem getting to the server.
    5) Server not registering SVR records

Check out eventid.net. It might give you some better information.
