my computer has two operating systems intsalled.Win xp and win xp media center.I wanna un-instal one how do it?

I have tried to un-install the media center but cant ps help coz my pc is very slow

   windows media center is an application on xp,not an operating system its unlikely that this is slowing your system down, I would look at otheir unused programs first, and also check your startup programs in msconfig , alos disk defrag and clean up will help speed up your pc
