Mine is black with white polka dots and a red sash. I am 27, and this is a Juniors dress. I want to be sure I am not dressing too young. I’m wearing cute black sandals and carrying a satin red purse. The wedding is tomorrow so answer as soon as you can! Thanks!

That dress is beautiful! Of course you can wear it to a wedding. (and at 27, you are definitely NOT too old to wear it!) Enjoy yourself! (you’re gonna keep everyone’s eyes off the bride!)

It only depends on the style of wedding. But for most weddings it would be fine. Very cute by the way!
February 10th, 2009 at 10:06
Yes, you go girl, it’ll be cute, as long as it’s not white.

yes, it is appropriate for a wedding.

yes–just keep your hair and makeup subtle. no bright red lipstick and fake lashes. try for a natural look and soft hair. the most important thing is that you feel comfortable and have a blast!

Absolutely! It does not seem to be too young for a 27 y/o.
February 25th, 2009 at 10:08
It’s really cute, you will look pretty…have fun!
February 26th, 2009 at 01:57
I don’t think it looks too juniors, but I couldn’t give you a straight up answer until I saw you in it…maybe show it to a friend, or a family member, they should be able to tell you.
February 27th, 2009 at 05:35
It sounds cute. Heck, if I could wear a juniors dress and it looked good on me I so would. Go for it.

March 7th, 2009 at 00:57
The dress is lovely I think you will look lovely in that outfit and by the way I hope you have a lovely day and the rain keeps away (Good Look To the Happy Couple)

I see nothing wrong with you wearing this dress. It’s really cute! I saw something similiar this spring at Ann Taylor Loft, so I don’t think you’re dressing too young at all. Have fun!

Great dress, fantastic price! I say go for it!
Have a great time and dance the night away!
March 10th, 2009 at 22:55
Yes, very cute and understated. It’s perfect for a nice summer wedding! HAVE FUN!!:-)
March 13th, 2009 at 14:44
No that is perfect
March 15th, 2009 at 22:09
Absolutely!!
The dress is very pretty, tasteful in style and is fine for a 27 year old.
I am 36 almost 37 and look easily in my mid 20’s and Id wear that dress no problem.
Go..enjoy and have fun.

It’s lovely and very appropiate for the wedding. Love the chocolate color. The flower broch is a bit too much for my taste, but normally they can be removed.
It’s age appropiate and very pretty. Go for it.
March 18th, 2009 at 14:29
I think this dress will be perfectly age-appropriate.
As long as the wedding isn’t formal (in the evening or stated formal on the invite) you’ll look great!
March 21st, 2009 at 04:18
perfect!
I would loose the white flower, and add white large bead necklace and bangles. That’s more grown up. Put your hair up in a twist and your ready to go.
I wore the something like that last year.
I’m 40. Its all about YOU! Can you pull it off?
I can. I have a feeling you can too.
March 21st, 2009 at 09:05
Looks good, not too young at all.
March 23rd, 2009 at 12:48
yes, i think so. there’s a little white, but i don’t think that would be a problem. also, don’t be worried about dressing too young because you ARE young! just make sure it fits you. it looks strapless from what i see, so PLEASE don’t get it too small, as it’s very unpleasant when strapless dresses squeeze out armpit flab!
March 25th, 2009 at 16:32
yes, it looks great, especially the black will be cool
March 26th, 2009 at 03:40
Super cute! Definately wear it. But I would suggest a sweater/shrug or light coat as well. Just in case it gets chilly if any part of the wedding is indoors. Absoluetely appropriate! Have fun, you’ll look great!
March 26th, 2009 at 14:46
It’s lovely, and you are 27, not 207, of course it’s not too old, I’m 31 and would happily wear that dress.
March 26th, 2009 at 16:22
Perfectly acceptable for a summer wedding. At 27 you can wear nearly anything. Going for cute is a great idea. But I’m thinking that if you got that dress at the sale price you are a great judge of style, fashion and frugality!
March 28th, 2009 at 17:48
ooooooooh CUTE!! I like that. I think that is fine for a 27 yr old…and prehaps a bit too old for a Junior’s dress. Have a blast!
March 30th, 2009 at 21:33
it looks fine
April 2nd, 2009 at 16:32
I like it, go for it.
April 5th, 2009 at 12:07
I think it will be cute. go ahead and wear the dress.
