Intel 945 motherboard VGA driver for windows 2003 server?

I’m having a desktop motherboard “Intel D945″ and windows 2003 server. When i’m going to install VGA driver, it says the OS does not supported by this driver. Can anyone suggest how to install the VGA driver or is there any other software driver which will be supported by windows 2003 server, or windows 2003 server needs to be updated?
