It then says to restart my computer, but it will only start in safe mode. The computer is running Windows ME operating system. Any suggestions?

Seriously, at least Windows isn’t a bitch and doesn’t go the extra mile to make it’s programs only work on PCs running a windows based operating system. Macs, however, do go the extra mile, to make all of their programs work for their computers only, and not compatible with Windows. That’s so childish. I know tons of people that use Windows programs on their Mac OS’s because they like the software, but what if Windows did go the extra mile. You guys running Mac’s should be thankful that they don’t. I believe, even if Mac’s programs, and OS may be better than Windows, that this makes Windows the better system.

That is, working in programs like MS Office, sending and receiving eMails, browsing Internet, accessing the files of the system where the CD is getting written, etc. This is to know whether the files thus written will be safe or not.

I accidently installed windows setup onto my computer and now it is acting as a default operating system for my computer. I still got windows xp on it and can still use it, but I wanted to know if I could change the default to windows xp or get rid of the windows setup operating system altogether. Please help.

Well, I got this printer when I still had this computer that was working on XP. Then I got another computer that has a Windows Vista operating system. The CD I have says that I can only install it on computers with XP only. When I try to install it, I can’t, and I can only print stuff but not scan (because it’s not installed).

How can I get it installed on my Vista computer?
