This is a tough problem. I’ve got a large network here using Server 2003 as both DNS and DHCP servers. It has been working fine for months. However, as of late we’ve been seeing only some client computer losing connection to the Internet. What’s weird is they still have valid IP’s and they still have connection to the server itself. Also they appear to be resolving DNS when I ping an address (like Yahoo) However, there is just no return traffic. All the packets get lost Meanwhile, the server itself never seems to lose Internet. Now, some people may have made changes to the server config awhile back to put in an Internet censor device. However, they took it out and claim they didn’t change anything. Any ideas of where I could start debugging this problem? THanks!

At work, I occasionally format my computer. It has windows xp installed. But the connection settings are lost after I install windows xp. I’d like to know how can I keep them before I format the computer so that after I format it, I can add these settings again without the need to ask the admin about them.

How can I access these settings( network connection and internet connection settings)?

I had the program on another computer but have since bought a new computer and need to re-download the program. Ive lost the manual that has the installation code on the back…How can I get the code or find another way to download the program

I lost the address and I use to use the ones with the cords. I’ve pressed the both those buttons but it doesn’t link them.

I have microsoft office 2007 on my desktop and I know that I can upload 2 more times….but my disk got lost when we moved, so I don’t have the product key anymore.

Is there anyway I can find out what my product key is on my desktop?
