Intenet protocol (TCP/IP) properties is Grayed Out?

Hi
i am a user in Active directory user group , In windows 2003 Server standard domain Controller
I hav winXp Prof, and as i logged on domain I cant view Internet Protocal (TCP/IP ) properties since it is grayed out
Can anybody help me out from group policy or security settings

logs for DNS?

We have an internal and external Domain Name server with Windows 2003 server, we add and modify domains using the windows application,
Is there any way to register changes and adds that we do as logs that say what was done, where and by whom?

Intel 945 motherboard VGA driver for windows 2003 server?

I’m having a desktop motherboard “Intel D945″ and windows 2003 server. When i’m going to install VGA driver, it says the OS does not supported by this driver. Can anyone suggest how to install the VGA driver or is there any other software driver which will be supported by windows 2003 server, or windows 2003 server needs to be updated?
